What will you do as Project Manager Innovation & Launch?
Ready to be the driving force behind some game-changing engineering projects? As Project Manager at Big Ass Battery, you'll be right at the heart of our mission to push the boundaries of battery storage systems and beyond. You'll juggle multiple projects from start to finish, keeping a laser focus on time, quality, and—of course—costs. Right now, timing is everything, so you'll need to be ready to hustle!

• Manage multiple innovation and improvement projects simultaneously. These could range from feature updates to brand-new software-focused initiatives, like cloud solutions
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners, including clients, suppliers, and development collaborators
• Create detailed project plans that outline objectives, requirements, and budgets
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure everything is moving smoothly
• Keep all internal and external stakeholders in the loop with clear and timely updates
• Design new projects from scratch and refine our tool suite to make it more effective
• Work closely with our Production Manager to transition products and features from development into production seamlessly
• Anticipate potential obstacles and tackle them proactively, setting up processes that keep us cruising toward success!

What do we expect you to bring to Big Ass Battery?
It won't surprise you but we're looking for people with energy! You should be pumped about joining a fast-growing company that's bursting with ambition. You are curious, always eager to learn, and have a knack for innovation. We're after someone who can show off strong project management chops, communicate like a champ, stay tenacious, take ownership, and give and receive meaningful (technical) feedback. Do you check these boxes?

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electrical engineering is a big plus!)
• Experience in a development environment where products are created and built from scratch (think OEM)
• A proven track record of turning innovation projects into successful, market-ready products
• Solid knowledge of Jira (a must!) and Agile/Scrum methodologies (highly preferred)
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills to keep everyone informed and aligned
