About The role:
BURN is recruiting a Training officer (Electric) responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the sales skills and performance of the sales and field operation teams.

The individual will ensure that the sales and field operations teams are well-equipped to meet the organisation's needs and achieve its sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collate, Analyse, and execute day-to-day training needs in the sales and field operations teams. 
  • Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel with greater emphasis on Train the Trainer programs.  
  • Systematically collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the emergent issues during the process including delivery methodology and satisfaction levels. 
  • Generate results, continuously measure the performance of trainees after the session and propose changes where necessary. 
  • Coordinate with external trainers whenever required.  
  • Execute Training of Trainers programs for TLs, TSM & RSMs.  
  • Stay up to date with the BURN manufacturing training curriculum & training content. 
  • Liaise with senior training officer on day-to-day training needs of sales and field operations teams, propose remedial actions and follow up for remedial actions. 
  • Knowledge of the carbon market, the causes of climate change and its global effects, and the passion for discussions about environmental issues will be a definite plus.  

Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a sales trainer.
  • Well-versed in the local country’s geography, main languages, and culture
  • Superior communication skills
  • Very good at working with G-suite/MS Word.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country (up to 50% travel) E – Excellent reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Previous experience as a Trainer of Trainers would be an added.
  • Experience working with a Knowledge Management Platform (KMP) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment is an added advantage.
  • Exposure or understanding of the carbon operating environment is an added advantage.
