Box2Bit, a developer and operator of digital infrastructures focused on sustainable digitization of the economy, is in search of a professional for the design, coordination, management, and control of cooling, heat exchange, and reuse of residual heat projects for digital infrastructures (DataCenters):Funciones:<ul><li>Review client specifications for basic engineering development.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering for detailed engineering development.</li><li>Review detailed engineering and prepare specifications for request for proposal.</li><li>Update and consolidate information on Cooling &amp; Heat solutions in the market (regular interaction with major brands and manufacturers).</li><li>Preparation of equipment requirements.</li><li>Negotiation (timeline, cost, and specifications) with manufacturers/suppliers for equipment acquisition.</li><li>Monitoring and control of the manufacturing process in line with defined cost and timeline parameters.</li><li>Monitoring and control of the installation and commissioning process in line with defined cost and timeline parameters.</li><li>Support in project supervision.</li><li>Coordination and achievement of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for installed equipment.</li><li>Coordination between the Data Center developer and the manufacturer/supplier for solution integration in the final architecture at different project phases: design, on-site solution monitoring, installation supervision, and commissioning.</li><li>Coordination with other OFCI equipment manufacturers for solution integration in terms of power or telecommunication requirements at different project phases: design, on-site solution monitoring, installation supervision, and commissioning.</li><li>Preparation of energy analyses (PUE, WUE, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Technical, medium, or higher degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably with a Mechanical specialty), Mechanical Engineering, or similar.</li><li>3 years of experience in Cooling &amp; Heat systems.</li><li>Experience in data centers is a plus.</li><li>Accreditation such as DCD and ATD is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge/experience in the design or supervision of critical infrastructures (labs, hospitals, or similar) is a plus.</li><li>Fluent spoken English (conversation level with foreign peers) and written (reviewing documentation in English and interacting with manufacturers of different nationalities and different manufacturing centers).</li><li>Knowledge of other languages is a plus.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.</li><li>Technical capacity, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Autonomy and ability to work in a team.</li><li>Organizational skills in the medium and long term.</li><li>Goal and result-oriented.</li><li>Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Initiative, prioritization, and ability to work within established deadlines.</li></ul>Tipo de Jornada:Full time
