This position involves actively supporting quality assurance operations and addressing customer quality concerns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in quality assurance operations, including conducting inspections and quality control checks.</li><li>Collaborate with the Customer Quality Manager to address non-conformance items and maintain product quality standards.</li><li>Support the handling of customer audits to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer quality issues to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Promote quality awareness among team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>1 to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE) or Quality Assurance (QA) roles.</li><li>Educational background in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.</li></ul>Base Pay Information: Base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a specific range.
