Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Performing general administration tasks within our HR Services processes and tools on a European level.
- Job posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool).
- Definition of key skills for the position together with the Recruiting Manager in order to be able to do the preselection of candidates.
- Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, etc.).
- Scheduling of interviews.
- Handling of HR Database Management (Workday) – can be trained in detail.
- Preparation of administrative tasks related to Onboarding and Offboarding-
- Maintain and update internal HR documentation (transfer/promotion letters, contract changes, etc.).
- Written Certificates (“Arbeitszeugnisse”) mainly for Germany.
- Daily handling of OM topics (ticketing and dispatching).
- Daily interaction and cooperation with the local HRBPs (if also required Experts) for the BU they’re responsible, being the first contact person, as defined internally.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel).
- Fluent in German, Spanish and in English.
- Teamwork skills, adaptability and self-organized.
