Responsibilities:

• Oversee the consolidation of IFRS-compliant financial statements for 55+ Group companies and provide key financial analyses and reports.

• Support strategic and operational planning by preparing financial statements, key KPIs, and budget forecasts.

• Develop and implement IFRS accounting guidelines and advise Group companies on IFRS and HGB matters.

• Provide financial expertise in M&A and special projects, including equity valuation.

• You are motivated to further develop global financial and reporting processes and define uniform standards.

• Act as the key contact for auditors and liaise with controlling, reporting, Shared Service Centers, and financial accounting.

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics or business administration with at least 3 years of experience in financial consolidation.

• Strong expertise in IFRS and HGB reporting, with basic knowledge of company law and tax regulations.

• Experience with consolidation software, ideally Hyperion Financial Management.

• Proactive, analytical, and structured mindset, with strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
