Senior Technical Trainer (all genders)

Your mission:

• Conception & revision of training documents in the field of hardware and software for presence training, online training as well as e-learning, according to didactic-methodical principles
• Scheduling, preparation, execution and debriefing of trainings for customers as well as internal employees at our locations, at the customer, or online
• Use and development of modern learning methods
• Cross-functional cooperation with other departments and external companies
• Enhancement of your trainer skills through continuous education
• Participation in regular meetings/workshops to align global training topics
• Support of the global trainer network e.g. through knowledge transfer

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a trainer for technical hardware and software products requiring explanation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in creating and delivering training for cloud-based software
• Experience in using a learning management system (LMS) advantageous
• Knowledge in the field of renewable energies as well as electrical engineering basics desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, French skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) within Germany and Europe
• Driving license class B
