You are the first point of contact (1st level support) for our customers and ensure that our support hotline is available by telephone. You will answer basic customer enquiries about:
Configuration and operation of our monitoring portal for energy generation systems
Commissioning and parameterisation of our data loggers/park controllers
Other issues relating to products sold by meteocontrol
You will support our customers both by telephone and in writing via email using our customer service system.
You record customer processes that cannot be solved directly via our customer service system and forward them to our 2nd level support.
You carry out error analyses and work out solutions in cooperation with the development department.
You will be responsible for providing technical advice to interested parties and technical support to the sales department for the preparation of quotations
In the event of delays or problems, you will ensure that our customers are informed in good time.
Your profile:
You have a completed apprenticeship or master craftsman / technician degree in the field of energy or communication electronics or a similar technical degree
Experience in the field of renewable energies is advantageous
Very good knowledge of German and English
Knowledge of network technology / ModBus advantageous
