Document and archive all testing records, findings, and lessons learned.</li><li>Track execution of projects to budget, quality, and schedule objectives, identifying and promptly and proactively escalating any concerns, risks, changes, or needs to project sponsor(s), stakeholders, and managers as needed.</li><li>Collaborate frequently with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct effective meetings, design reviews and presentations with stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Prepare weekly summary report of activities, projects, and priorities including needs and risks for achievement of objectives to established standards and timelines.</li><li>Perform necessary tasks and work hours needed to accomplish departmental and company goals.</li><li>Experience with statistical process control (SPC) is strongly desired. Ability to apply statistical calculations (e.g., calculation of means, averages, ranges, standard deviations, control limits, etc.) and principles (e.g., generation of graphs, charts, pareto diagrams, etc.). </li><li>Performs other related duties as directed as this list is not all inclusive. </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>B.S. in Engineering or equivalent field.</li><li>Three or more years in related field.</li><li>Experience with project management, including lean manufacturing principles.</li><li>Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
