In light of further international expansion of its business, Parkwind is looking for an Admin Assistant to expand its Admin & Facility Team.


Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant within our Admin & Facilities Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Director and ensuring the smooth operation of project-related activities. Your responsibilities will include,

  • Manage and organize the mailbox and agenda of the Project Director 
  • Organize project-related meetings 
  • Take detailed minutes during team meetings, management meetings, and occasional technical or commercial meetings
  • Format and lay out (official) documents 
  • Compile and prepare presentation slide decks 
  • Coordinate international visits for project teams
  • Coordinate, draft and redact reports 
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the project 

As an integral part of the Admin & Facilities team you will support your colleagues with event and travel organization, facility management, and reception duties during busy times or in their absence. Similarly, your team will back you up when necessary. 

Your Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • A passion for taking meeting minutes and ensuring accurate documentation 
  • Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • A true team player who is assertive and able to communicate effectively
