In light of its further international business expansion, Parkwind is looking to enlarge its Corporate & Project Finance team with a Project Finance Officer.


Your role:


His/her task will be focused on managing the existing financings and supporting the financing of new offshore wind parks in and outside Belgium.
Your key responsibility will be financial modelling, structuring and scenario analysis.

  • Evaluate different scenarios and opportunities based on yield requirements
  • Assist in the project finance process (information memorandum, due diligence, ...)
  • Process the input from different departments and external partners to prepare business cases
  • Prepare reports, analyses & presentations for the management team, stakeholders and lenders, including management of covenants and waiver requests
  • Review of financing, construction & maintenance contracts



Your profile:

    • Master's degree in Finance and/or Engineering;
    • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in project or corporate finance and/or financial modelling;
      • Extensive experience in financial modelling or model audit;
      • Being comfortable with complex Excel models and the willingness to further develop this;
      • F1F9 certificate is an asset;
    • Hands on, responsible and keeping an eye on the bigger picture;
    • Structured and a sharp analytical mind;
    • Strong interest in renewable energy;
    • Good communication and negotiation skills;
    • Team-player;
    • Fluent in English;
