The primary manufacturing facilities are in the United States, Mexico, Taiwan and France. We are a vertically oriented manufacturing and design company with major operations in Southern California. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern USA territory. Ideally, the individual would be located on the East Coast and work out of one of Teledyne’s locations.  Signing bonus: $10,000Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and achieve a sales budget, including bookings, billings and POS</li><li>Manage a group of manufacturer’s representatives and regional distribution networks; participate in quarterly reviews.</li><li>Create an OEM business development target customer list.</li><li>Directs field applications team to achieve design wins…</li><li>Regularly meet with current and potential customers</li><li>Submit monthly Sales Activity Reports to management.</li><li>Update designs wins within a sales funnel using CRM tools.</li><li>Participate in new product definition and report market trends.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience in technical field working with manufacturer’s reps and distribution channels in Aerospace &amp; Defense markets.</li><li>Experience with electronic components required (manufacturing)</li><li>Preparation of quarterly presentations; covering short/long-term goals and performance in region</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Travel required = 50%</li></ul>In our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Relays requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment.Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).Please note the salary range posted below is a general guideline for this job level and location.
