Work environment is general office and manufacturing clean room. Follows procedures and work instruction involving Teradynes and Electroglas 4090u wafer probing stations. Reviews and analyzes test data. Works with Engineering, equipment maintenance and field service to diagnose and maintain wafer probers.  Prepares test reports summarizing findings and yields.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Characterizations, test, and analysis of readouts, FPA’s and flight Dewars in a production environment.</li><li>Develop test software or modify/augment previously developed software using MATLAB, C# and visual basic.</li><li>Write test procedures and test reports as appropriate.</li><li>Configure test set hardware to perform characterization or production testing.</li><li>Mentor for test engineers and technicians in a production environment.</li><li>Assist other engineers and technicians in the performance of related duties.</li><li>Interact with various supervisors and production personnel to ensure effective communication and product flow.</li><li>Maintains inventory of testing equipment on hand and advises on equipment required to meet production schedules including obsolete, repair or calibration status.</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-7 years related experience in related field; Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 0-2 years of experience.</li><li>Desired familiarity with automated semiconductor wafer probing.</li><li>Desired knowledge of Teradyne equipment programming and operation extremely desirable.</li><li>Desired knowledge of Bolometer and cooled ROIC functionality.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li><li>ISO 9001 experience – preferred</li></ul><div></div>Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce  Salary Range: $120,300.00-$160,400.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
