Join the People Team, based in Bristol, as a People Operations Coordinator and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation.People Operations are at the heart of the Vertical People Team, where we manage the whole employee lifecycle, ensuring our talented people have the best experience possible. The People Operations Coordinator will be crucial in providing a great experience for our people whilst supporting the People Operations team to deliver our various goals.About the Role:As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all queries directed to our People team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a fantastic experience for all Vertical Aerospace employees. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Bring your brilliant customer service mindset to create a positive experience for all our employees.
  • Data Management: Act as the gatekeeper for a vast range of data. You'll be involved in generating and processing crucial business information, building Excel worksheets, dashboards, and data visualisations to share insights across the business.
  • System Management: Manage our People Team service desk and lead critical administration tasks for People Operations and the wider team.
What You’ll Work On:
  • People System ‘bob’: Take ownership of our innovative People System, ensuring it serves as the accurate single source of truth for employee data.
  • Process Development: Support process development, identify areas for improvement, and prepare documentation for the employee lifecycle.
  • Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate monthly processing.
