Responsibilities / TasksWhat you'll do:<ul><li>This opportunity is planned to prepare you for your next career step – moving to Europe as a GEA Field Service Engineer e.g. to Germany</li><li>Perform Service Maintenance, planned and unplanned. </li><li>Complete assigned job in a timely and qualitative manner. </li><li>Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessment and ensure implementation in compliance with customer &amp; company SOP’s. </li><li>Provide support to senior engineers in Installation and Commissioning. </li><li>Provide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance. </li><li>Perform troubleshooting with remote support. </li><li>Write a comprehensive service report after the job. </li><li>Identify and propose improvements to equipment and systems through the company’s product and services’ promotion. </li><li>Prepare spare parts and tools for the assigned job. </li><li>Follow international standards and policies for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety, aiming to increase commitment and engagement in projects and programs developed by the company. </li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsWho you are:<ul><li>International mindset, openness to move abroad (Europe)</li><li>Very good working level of English - speaking and writing.  Another European language (e.g. German, Italian, Danish) is considered an advantage.</li><li>Degree in Engineering (Mechnical / Electrical)</li><li>MInimum 2 years working experience in an engineering industry. </li><li>Knowledgeable on workshop operation and practices. </li><li>Knowledge on completion of worksite Hazard &amp; Risk Assessment as well as QHSE trained. </li><li>Industry: Chemical - Powder &amp; Thermal Separation Technologies (PTS) </li><li>Experience in an internship or trainee program can be considered to demonstrate experience for recent graduates. </li><li>Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity. </li><li>Service oriented, patient, and flexible team player with strong customer focus. </li><li>Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications. </li><li>Ready to travel frequently and works off-hours. </li><li>Holding a valid driving license is required. </li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>It’s planned that after an initial training period in Brazil you will receive a local contract in a European country e.g., Germany and GEA will support the administration like work permit as well as the first month abroad to get settled</li><li>Onboarding: In addition to professional onboarding, which prepares you for your job in a practical and optimal way, we also offer cultural and administrative onboarding.​</li><li>Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance, Private Pension, Food Allowance, Health Insurance.  </li><li>Training: We ensure that you receive ongoing training and are familiarized with our new products and systems every year in order to expand your technical skills for special products.
