In order to boost our innovation activities, we are looking for a technical project manager to drive our technology and product development projects to a success.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Be responsible for formulating goals, objectives, exclusions, time plan &amp; budget for the projects together with all relevant departments in line with our strategic growth areas</li><li>Take technical lead and manage the cross-functional project team through the innovation process from front end to go-to-market activities</li><li>Coordinate activities with internal and external resources and regularly update the main stakeholders on project progress</li><li>Ensure that the projects adhere to the development process such that deliverables and milestones are met</li><li>Contribute to idea generation initiatives as well as to technical and commercial analyses of new R&amp;D project proposals</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/mechatronic/automation)</li><li>Relevant industry experience (more than 5 years) working in a matrix organization ideally leading technology / product development </li><li>Working knowledge of 3D CAD and PDM (Inventor and Vault) and main project management tool</li><li>Previous experience within food processing is an advantage</li><li>Fluent in Italian and very good knowledge of English</li><li>Intercultural competences, communicative skills, proactive approach</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
