Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Analyst to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically, for the Capital Raising Unit (CRU) team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities in both by-products and geographies.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Asset Management CRM management:

    • Implementation of new CRM features in coordination with IT

    • Update investment opportunities and make sure information is up to date

    • Identification of potential prospects for new products/projects with a variety of research tools

  • Business Development Partners Relationship

  • Product Lead Support

  • Involvement in the marketing materials preparation of a specific fundraising process (One Pager, Teasers etc) – pondría ejemplos jugosos que da sensación de más participación en el producto en sí

  • Internal Committees Presentations

  • Attending internal meetings with product leaders and investment teams  

  • Research & Client Prospecting: Research of potential new LPs on international markets using i.e. Pitchbook, with Intelligence, Merger market, and public web sources

  • Preparation of documentation and minutes for the Boards of the different products

  • Coordination with Alantra Corporate Development division on gathering information on the Asset Management products and investors.

  • Include/update product information on different platforms used by investment consultants or advisors.

  • Involvement/ideas generation in marketing campaigns for better traction during events (IPEM, SuperReturn, SuperVenture, etc)

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or similar.

  • Full-time availability.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience related to finance, consulting, accounting, audit, and compliance. Previous experiences within the Asset Management industry would be highly valuable.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • English fluency, both written and spoken, is essential.

  • Good attitude and desire to learn.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
