BlueOval SK is a historic investment between two global companies, Ford Motor Company and SK On, who share the ambitious vision of electrifying the future of mobility. Together, they invested a total of $11.4 billion dollars to form a Joint Venture company called BlueOval SK. By utilizing SK On&rsquo;s battery technology the company aspires to make the world&rsquo;s most safe and dependable electric vehicle (EV) batteries for the Ford and Lincoln brands.
