Process Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on formation

Your tasks

• Creation and development of process work instructions
• Support PPAP submission by creating PFMEA / control plans / inspection and test reports
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions within production
• Liaising with other sites 
• Support in technical customer meetings
• Perform qualification tests according to requirements 
• Review production data to monitor trends and advise internal departments
• Preparation of weekly dispatch reports in conjunction with the quality EOL inspections

Your profile
Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or electrochemical engineering
Good understanding of DCIR, OCV/ACIR, desirable experience in cell insulation voltage and resistance testing, sealing/density testing
Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
Experience in problem solving, 8D root cause analysis, lessons learnt and implementation of preventive measures
SAP knowledge desirable
Very good communication in English and German Our offer
