Reporting to: VP of Client Success and Partnerships

Location: London, UK (hybrid). There is the option to be located at one of our other 2 European hubs, in either Leeuwarden, Netherlands or Valencia, Spain. Per all of our job postings, employment is on a hybrid basis from any of these 3 locations

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Advisor with an expertise in ESG to join our team. In this role, you will be an expert point of contact for our clients as a project manager, guiding them through their ESG journey from onboarding to achieving their sustainability objectives. You will work directly with the clients’ executive teams and heads of ESG/sustainability. You will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders: our Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager to provide clients with the confidence and support they need to succeed on their ESG journey. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and your project management capabilities will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management: Act as an expert liaison between clients and internal teams including client success, implementation and training, effectively managing expectations and communication across various stakeholders

- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Implementation Manager and Client Success Manager to coordinate efforts, share insights, and align strategies to meet client needs, such as conducting stakeholder workshops

- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and training to clients alongside the Implementation and Training and Client Success teams, helping them navigate their ESG journey relative to our offering and maximize its value

- Feedback Loop:Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement and innovation.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions

- Performance Monitoring: Alongside the leadership and customer success manager, track and report on client progress and success metrics, identifying opportunities for further engagement and growth

Requirements

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in advisory or consulting roles within the sustainability professional services sectors, likely Big 4 (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC) experience. SaaS experience and/or understanding is a significant plus

- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Be located within a <1-hour direct commute of the European Datamaran Hub to which the role is attached. Willing to work on a hybrid basis, typically at least 2 to 3 days in office
