We are seeking for our Finance Shared Services Front Office for the DACH region an Accounts Receivable & Credit Finance Business Partner.

In this position, you provide advice and key support to the business regarding Accounts Receivable topics are responsible for various tasks, such as receivables management, cash collection, credit management and credit assessments of customers. With your quick comprehension, persuasiveness, and assertiveness, you are a trusted partner to the business. As part of the global Finance Common Shared Services function, you will closely cooperate with our centers in Krakow and Bangalore.

Essential duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Your responsibilities 

  • Customer evaluations, preparation of customer risk analysis, setting of credit limits, release of credit-limits on customer orders

  • Receivables management and oversight; pro-active Overdue reporting and reduction action

  • Perform cash collection and AR analyses as assigned.

  • Support Accounts Receivables account reconciliation process

  • Calculation of Accounts receivable provisions under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS

  • Identify and realize opportunities for continuous process initiatives

  • Conduct Business Partner meetings with Internal stakeholders; ensure that our internal business partners are provided the service levels as agreed to add value.

  • Point of contact for External and Internal Customers

  • Involvement in projects and other Finance-related initiatives as required

Your background

  • Completed studies in Finance or Business administration

  • Customer risk analysis, credit management experience is an advantage

  • Work experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage

  • SAP knowledge required, S4 HANA knowledge is an advantage

  • Professional experience in projects is an advantage

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills

  • Confident handling of MS Office applications

  • Quick comprehension as well as an analytical, independent and precise way of working
