Why This Role Matters Our ability to scale depends on clear messaging, scalable systems, and efficient execution. As an Entrepreneur in Residence (Growth) Intern, you’ll help keep momentum high and bring consistency to how we reach, engage, and convert customers. You'll create high-quality content, drive campaign execution, and implement automations that streamline our growth engine. This role directly shapes how our brand is experienced and how fast we scale. What You’ll Achieve During your internship, you will: <ul><li>Create impactful marketing content by designing high-quality slidedecks (in Google Suite, Canva, or Figma) and Webflow landing pages - delivering consistent output that drives engagement.</li><li>Plan and deliver events, such as partner roundtables or client webinars, handling promotion, scheduling, speaker coordination, and follow-ups - driving at least one high-impact, well-attended webinar per month with clear takeaways and a standout participant experience.</li><li>Streamline marketing operations by identifying repetitive tasks and building automation workflows (e.g., in n8n or Zapier) that save 10+ hours per week and cut manual errors by up to 99%.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional projects across Growth, Product, and Sales, aligning stakeholders through structured syncs and transparent progress tracking - ensuring on-time and accountable execution.</li><li>Manage external partners, including freelancers and agencies, by writing clear briefs, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables - minimizing back-and-forth and driving reliable, on-brand output.</li></ul> What Sets You Up for Success <ul><li>Creative mind and structured working style</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented attitude - you don’t wait to be told</li><li>Strong written communication skills in both German (C2 level required) and English (C1 level required)</li><li>Curiosity for automation, no-code tools, and experimentation</li><li>First experience with content creation, events, or marketing ops is a plus</li><li>Comfortable navigating multiple tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, Google Suite)</li></ul> How You’ll Grow This internship is designed as a launchpad. If you perform well, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a full-time Associate Growth Marketing role - with increased ownership across content, automation, and campaign strategy.
