Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will acquire a basic understanding of customers’ common products, technologies, and processes.

• You will be responsible for the development of various application distribution transformer pre-orders and tender designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs.

• You will participate in the internal and external design concept reviews, DFMEA, and design development procedures applied to special application products.

• You will be coordinating production operations by material, labor, and equipment availability.

• You will apply knowledge of relevant processes and tools to deliver agreed results within set deadlines, report processes and tools inefficiencies and suggest improvement ideas.

• You will be responsible for documents and handling technical risks by following mitigation guidelines; and escalating potential new risks to management.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree.

• Strong teamwork capability, familiar with Windows OFFICE application, AutoCAD.

• Must have good communication skills.

• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
