Join Our Finance Consulting Team at ReachCentrum (ERM Group)

Are you a self-starter with a passion for finance and sustainability? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the finance consulting team at ReachCentrum, part of the global sustainability consultancy firm, ERM Group. This permanent role is ideal for someone who can support the finance team and project managers by preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports for our REACH Consortia clients.

Location: Brussels, Milan, Warsaw

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accuracy and produce various financial reports for consortia projects managed by ReachCentrum. You'll ensure compliance with client expectations and REACH Regulation. Key duties include:

  • Monthly monitoring of assigned projects to verify accuracy in the accounting ledgers, recognizing monthly revenue, booking internal time correctly, and ensuring budget adequacy for future spending.

  • Collaborating with project managers to address any unexplained or negative variances identified in monthly reports to ERM Group.

  • Migrating consortia financial data to new web-based software and reviewing reports before distribution to consortia members.

  • Acting as a key stakeholder in client discussions and relationships, providing crucial financial insights.
     

About You:

  • Preferably a qualified or experienced management accountant with at least three years of experience.

  • Essential experience in project reporting or as a business analyst.

  • Friendly, positive, and outgoing with strong relationship-building skills.

  • A team player who can manage multiple deadlines and project manager expectations in a matrix environment.

  • Confident, inquisitive, proactive, and well-organized.

  • Passionate about process improvement and financial controls.

  • Comfortable working remotely in an international setting.

  • Excellent Excel skills are essential.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not required.
