We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers. We're currently looking for an Operations Intern to join the team at our London office in Canary Wharf. This 3 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You'll gain an insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to some of the key operators who were behind Revolut and gain a real working knowledge of how our systems work for customers. This role will start as customer-facing as we believe a ground-up approach is the best way to learn about our product and the energy industry. Interns work across customer operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing &amp; collections and handling regulatory submissions. High performers will have the opportunity to fast track the internship and join Fuse full-time.
