This is a hybrid working position.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

Regular travel across our Eurofins sites will be required.

The purpose of the role is to lead the implementation of change, through the successful completion of strategic process improvement and technological advancement projects that deliver sustainable cost savings, quality enhancements and improved service to our customer base.

You will aim to  inspire change in those around you by supporting the implementation of a continuous improvement mindset, creating highly skilled, innovative, and motivated employees.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Deploy a range of continuous improvement and lean process techniques to deliver best in class operational excellence across the business
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas that need improvement
  • Facilitate improvement events, workshops and meetings, executing improvement plans individually and by utilising a cross-functional team
  • Support the promotion of Continuous Improvement within the business.
  • Project manage a varied range of multi-site, multi stakeholder improvement projects, including but not limited to automation, new product/process development and process transformation projects
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from identification, through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
  • Prepare business cases in conjunction with Business Unit Managers or senior stakeholders to allow for effective investment and prioritisation of project
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from identification, through to project delivery via internal governance and control.
  • Demonstrate and report quantifiable improvements to processes through improved KPIs
  • Provide regular updates to the Continuous Improvement Manager and applicable stakeholders
