The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the ERP system is up to date with the most accurate information. The Analyst will enter work orders, assembly builds, and other inventory transactions as needed. In addition, they will participate in the quarter end reconciliation and test counting of inventory data as required by Beyond Meat US SOX guidelines. Role is based in Quebec with travel to local contract manufacturers and cold storage warehouses in the region. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inventory transactions in NetSuite, such as receipts, fulfillments, transfers, builds, adjustments, etc.
  • Ensure master data setup at contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses is set up correctly and in line with Beyond Meat ERP settings.
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly inventory counts. Perform inventory test counts for selected locations.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in inventory throughout the quarter and propose solutions/CAPAs to ensure discrepancies do not reappear.
  • Track inventory from production, quality release, transfer to cold storage, and sales orders.
  • Perform quarterly inventory reconciliation and identify the root cause of variances.
  • Monitor EDI integration errors and ensure they are addressed with the proper internal and external resources.
  • Help implement Corporate inventory strategies to production/warehouse sites in the EU.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing, preferably in a factory or distribution environment
  • Prior experience working in an ERP or WMS system (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Prior experience working with contract manufacturers and/or 3PLs
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong work ethic with ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High comfort level in a fast-paced environment
  • A truly thorough attention to detail
  • Fluent in English

Work Environment

  • Approximate travel required - 35-40% within Quebec
  • Role will be located in Quebec and will require travel to contract manufacturer and cold storage warehouse in the region
