Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Sales Achievement:
    • Sell our comprehensive range of food testing services to meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives.
    • Ensure a strategic and planned approach to customer management for sustained revenue, relationship building, and customer retention.
  • Market Strategy and Intelligence:
    • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
    • Identify market sectors, new business opportunities, and potential threats.
    • Provide insights for reporting, forecasting, planning, and new business initiatives.
  • Pricing and Negotiation:
    • Conduct price reviews and negotiate commercial agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing meets profit expectations.
  • CRM and Systems Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
    • Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately documented.
