Job Description

Redaptive is searching for an experienced business leader to lead its corporate strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing the company’s strategic planning.  They will develop and measure corporate-wide OKRs, oversee the company’s mergers and acquisition strategy and the implementation and integration of any acquired companies.    Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, this individual works closely with the company’s C-Suite and across teams to clearly articulate platform needs and to develop recommendations for future corporate investments. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze market dynamics, key corporate opportunities and risks, and develop inclusive planning processes to establish key strategic priorities
  • Translate key corporate priorities into comprehensive strategic plan
  • Implement company-wide OKRs linked to strategic plan
  • Oversee significant change management and corporate transformation required to ground the company’s culture firmly in strategic planning and strategic decision making
  • Communicate and implement Redaptive’s strategy internally and externally so that all employees, board members, investors and key partners understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals
  • Identify gaps in Redaptive’s current capability set compared to our short, medium and long-term strategic priorities 
  • Identify potential M&A targets to fill gaps in capabilities
  • Oversee the execution of M&A strategy as well as the operational and cultural integration of acquired companies
  • Partner with BU leaders to ensure that business unit growth plans and focus reflect overall organizational strategic priorities
  • Partner with CFO and Head of People to ensure alignment between Redaptive’s strategic plan, annual budgets and compensation plans
  • Partner with General Manager of India and Senior Manager of International Operations to ensure adoption and optimization of strategic plan on a Global basis
  • Partner with Director of Commercial Product to ensure alignment between Redaptive’s desired market positioning and our commercial product expansion plans
  • Partner with VP of Government Affairs to ensure that Redaptive is well positioned to capture market opportunities based on changing regulatory environments and incentive landscapes
  • Provide business units with strategy and market analysis to support key growth or strategy initiatives.  Such analysis includes, but is not limited to i) competitive landscape analysis, ii) SWOT analysis, iii) pricing strategies, iv) M&A analysis 

This position may be done anywhere in the remote USA except Colorado at this time.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions
  • Has previously held multiple management positions in varying disciplines across high growth or complex organizations
  • Experience managing decision making at Global organizations
  • Experience challenging business norms and success in implementing major changes at complex organizations
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to translate and communicate complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communications to effectively fit and influence the targeted audience
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to working from home for the foreseeable future
