SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

Eurofins Technologies is an international business line (IBL) within the Eurofins Group which is developing, manufacturing and marketing technologies and other supplies in the field of bioanalytical testing. The business focusses predominantly on food safety technologies and clinical diagnostics based on PCR, ELISA and LFD platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Key Account Management

The position holder is expected to convert strategic key accounts in- and outside of the Eurofins group to create a solid foundation for future growth. He/She will work with key decision makers at food manufacturers and laboratories to drive the implementation of Eurofins products all the way from lead generation to application training. 

2.     Sales Management

The Sales Manager is expected to define and implement an effective distribution strategy for the Asian market leveraging Eurofins immense footprint in the region. He/She will develop a pipeline of opportunities and progress them from lead generation to final closing.

3.     Marketing

The position holder will develop well defined unique value propositions for key product lines. Furthermore, he/she will develop a marketing and marketing communications plan with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. The position holder will represent Eurofins Technologies in industry/trade associations, drive scientific collaborations with universities/research institutes and also aid as an interface to R&D delivering structured input from the market for future product innovation.

4.     Customer Service

The Sales Manager will help customers in the implementation and validation of new methods in their laboratories. Other customer service activities will include an outstanding technical support and the structured collection of customer feedback.
