Your mission <ul><li>Leading the technical cooperation with distributors and PV installers in Nordics and BeNeLux.</li><li>Supporting the customers with all pre-sales technical &amp; product marketing information.</li><li>Working out and regularly conducting on-site and online customer trainings for JA’s distribution customers and installers. </li><li>Technical product marketing.</li><li>Daily technical support to customers and JA’s sales team staff</li><li>Constantly update shared folders on JA products accessible for JA’s customers</li><li>Certifications of JA Solar’s products in the concerned European markets, including the full understanding of relevant calculations and methods. </li><li>Constantly check with the customers on future product &amp; technology trends and demand and provide feedback accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with component manufacturers to check the compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components.</li><li>Overview on competitors’ products and product roadmaps – advantages and weaknesses compared to JA’s.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in Engineering or Physics </li><li>More than 5 years of work experience in the PV industry.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand customer’s needs.</li><li>Fluency in English, a third European language or Chinese is a plus.</li><li>Availability to travel.</li></ul>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: <ul><li>Self-motivated and performance driven</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Problem solving ability</li><li>Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented</li></ul>
