Your mission
- Order execution with all internal processes from PO to payment collection.
- Assist Sales Managers in inquiries of stock, capacities and production.
- Follow-up closely production planning and ensure production.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Issue documents for business with EU customer.
- Follow-up closely warehousing times in China, as well as EU and manage release/pick-up/delivery.
- Proven working experience of at least 2 years in In-house sales.
- University degree or equivalent preferably in (International) Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Economics and Management or PV.
- Good analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking capabilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Fluency in English, Chinese and preferably German.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong intercultural skills and strong team worker.
