Your mission <ul><li>Customer claim contact person and first onsite technical failure analysis</li><li>Coordinating internal customer complains root cause research and preventive action implementation</li><li>Responsible for local pre-sales technology supporting, technical contact person for customer requests confirmation</li><li>Support sales and marketing with technical input.</li><li>Reporting weekly activities and customer requests to senior.</li><li>Prepare technical product documentations and presentations ( do technical translation as when required)</li><li>Attend shows and conferences to feedback market trends.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Education: minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics. Furthermore, technical understanding of PV-modules and PV-plants is required.</li><li>Work Experience: 3+ years of work experience in the PV industry (Solar cell, module or systemarea)</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Good MS office skills</li><li>Languages: Fluent English language skills and at least a second European language (spoken and written).</li><li>Willingness to travel</li></ul>
