In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic and diverse team advising and assisting clients on large and complex construction projects and issues. We are looking for experienced construction advisory consultants to lead and further expand our construction consulting services.  </p><h2>You will be responsible for</h2><ul> <li>Growing our construction consulting business with a particular focus on developing and managing new client relationships</li> <li>Providing strategic planning to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and promote Exponent’s service offerings and brand</li> <li>Generating significant revenue to help build a profitable team of consultants</li> <li>Serving as main liaison between clients and Exponent</li> <li>Overseeing performance of Exponent’s team and quality of our services and deliverables</li> <li>Advising and assisting clients in areas of construction advisory, including but not limited to portfolio, program, and project management; project controls and scheduling; process improvements; risk and performance management; data analytics and information management; change management; and dispute avoidance</li> <li>Recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff in the areas of construction advisory consulting</li> <li>Promoting Exponent's expertise in construction advisory by meeting with potential clients, presenting at conferences, writing thought leadership articles and white papers, and conducting seminars</li></ul><h2>You will have the following skills and qualifications</h2><ul> <li>B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent.
