The Treasury Analytics department is responsible for the financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, senior management reporting, and rating agency strategy and communications related to the firm’s liquidity position, balance sheet, cash sources and uses, capital structure, and debt capacity. The Associate position is structured to provide exposure to liquidity and capital management, tracking as well as forecasting to support senior management decision making.Primary Responsibility:<ul><li>Manage outreach and receipt of data to support liquidity and capital forecasting requirements</li><li>Drive forecasts and reporting for monthly and quarterly submissions, annual budgeting, ad-hoc requests based on liquidity and capital management</li><li>Support and collaborate with multiple areas across verticals to assist in collating information and structuring senior management presentations</li><li>Maintain projections for key rating agency metrics (e.g. leverage, interest coverage)</li><li>Collaborate with team members and Technology in drive towards forecast and analytics automation</li><li>Gain knowledge of capital and liquidity models, and assist in strategic capital management</li><li>Collaborate with multiple teams across Treasury to develop reports and analytics to drive business decisions</li><li>Support other impromptu projects as needed</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years progressively responsible and related professional experience required; preference given to candidates with rating agency experience</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial statements, liquidity and capital management as well as experience in financial planning and financial/research analysis</li><li>Exposure to complex organizational structures</li><li>Highly analytical; excellent Excel-based modeling skills are required</li><li>Robust PowerPoint presentation skills are required</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment</li><li>Executes with independence, high energy and a "can-do" attitude</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Demonstrated track record of analytical &amp; conceptual thinking, enjoys working in a team environment</li><li>Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics or equivalent work experience is required.
