About this opportunity Multiple positions available at Various locations Ashroad (Prestons), Smithfield &amp; Horsley Park.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor, the individual is responsible for fault finding and proactively repairing site and production machinery as well as preventative maintenance, which enables the site and production team to run efficiently and produce high quality products.As well as the above, the individual will also be responsible for production machine/product change overs when required.Your key responsibilities will be to:<ul><li>Production line set up and Product change overs</li><li>Undertake proactive maintenance &amp; servicing while minimising production down time</li><li>Deciding on the most efficient and effective approach to problem solving and proactive maintenance initiatives</li><li>Fault finding</li><li>Attend &amp; rectify production line issues in a timely manner</li><li>Repair/replacement of production machinery parts</li><li>Assist in the daily operations of site services (Compressor, Chillers)</li><li>Complete preventative maintenance as per maintenance scheduling</li><li>Constant review of production lines to ensure optimal output.</li><li>Strict compliance with all Jalco/Pact systems, standards, policies and procedures</li><li>Implement site safety procedures</li><li>Recording required maintenance related documentation.</li></ul>Training:<ul><li>Be willing to undertake any training that is deemed relevant to the position</li><li>Attend and complete all training as required</li><li>Attending workshops and training sessions. Provide training to others as appropriate. </li></ul>Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:<ul><li>A keen eye for detail</li><li>Previous line manufacturing maintenance experience preferred </li><li>Working/functional knowledge of MEX system </li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office suite/computer skills</li><li>Collaborative, transparent and enabling approach.  </li><li>Ability to work as part of team</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment</li><li>Ability to work under limited supervision and independently</li><li>Ability to plan, prioritize and sequence work operations to complete tasks in a timely manner  </li><li>Ability to take direction from other staff</li><li>Welding experience an advantage</li><li>Previous experience with Tube sealing, Sachet filling/sealing and bottle labelling an advantage</li></ul>
