The duties will vary by client and project size with varying degrees of responsibility and authority and may assist with planning or leading a whole project, multiple projects or just part of a project. </h2><h2>Qualifications</h2><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul> <li>Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety, demonstrating a strong commitment to zero unsafe behavior related to personnel, customers, and communities we serve.</li> <li>Supervise multiple crew leaders or points of contact (POCs) and up to 30 or more employees.</li> <li>Considerable knowledge of all relative renewable services tools, machinery methods and procedures</li> <li>Must be able to forecast, monitor and report on general project costing and activities.</li> <li>Understanding service methods and best practices, service delivery and customer expectations</li> <li>Demonstrate leadership, leading by example, motivate workers and communicate with workers, subordinates, service managers, senior management, and clients.</li> <li>Computer experience with Microsoft office, E-mail, and Internet </li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines.</li> <li>Read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</li></ul><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h2><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></h2><p><strong> </strong></p><ul> <li>Promote and comply with all Company and client safety policies and procedures.</li> <li>Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.</li> <li>Must be able to perform all duties required for field service, composite, or access labor.</li> <li>Coordinate and delegate site activities of all field personnel to achieve deadlines and production goals.</li> <li>May work with client to keep the project on schedule and under budget.</li> <li>Plan and order necessary materials or equipment to maintain crew productivity.</li> <li>Thorough working knowledge of specifications and how they impact the job quality and production.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve personnel disputes or customer feedback by making recommendations to center of excellence leader and/or upper management for final action.</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of materials, confirm there is no damage to the materials and verify quantities.</li> <li>Responsible for receipt of all deliveries</li> <li>Document all damage to materials on packing slips, or photograph if necessary.</li> <li>Document any change order request from client.</li> <li>Monitor paper flow (physical and electronic) to ensure all documents are accounted for, filled out completely, legibly and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties and systems.</li> <li>Recommend best practice improvements for safety, quality, production, performance.</li> <li>Understand specifications, work instructions, addendums and change orders.</li> <li>Must be able to recognize any changes to work plan and track accordingly.</li> <li>Perform minor job plans with tasks and levels of responsibility.</li> <li>Check quality of completed work.</li> <li>Monitor and audit productivity reports, safety documentation and customer forms.</li> <li>Working with manager, handle customer complaints immediately</li> <li>Ensure that proper safety equipment is available and being used properly.</li> <li>Facilitate and administer technical and safety training directly, through in-house channels or coordinate appropriate 3rd party training required for project personnel.</li> <li>Assist manager by appraising work performance of employees and addressing complaints of employees in the field.</li> <li>Perform all the above duties on active project assignment and all or portion of the above duties for additional projects working concurrently.</li> <li>Any other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p>
