We are looking for an Advisor to work closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager – Global Water + Environment to support the Water + Environment business as we explore what’s possible in the transition towards a sustainable and resilient energy future.

Your role and responsibilities

This is a vital role supporting the creation and delivery of all brand and marketing activities across the Global Water + Environment business, and will touch on marketing, communications, PR, social initiatives and events.  

Based out of our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices, this role will see you collaborating to create on-brand marketing content, managing internal stakeholders, working with our Marketing Managers on campaign delivery logistics.

A key part of this role will be content creation, working with the business to write articles, social posts, award submissions and create campaign content.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist with developing, implementing, and managing the Global brand and marketing initiatives in line with corporate and business unit growth plans.
  • Identify and deliver a range of rich, relevant, and engaging content to drive brand awareness, improve client acquisition and retention.
  • Apply project management principles in carrying out communications, marketing and branding activities and accomplish project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years’ experience in marketing and communications roles.

  • Adaptability – you juggle things to meet changing demands and are comfortable outside of strict process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to work independently
  • A desire to be a genuine team player and work collaboratively with the broader team - we all support each other
  • Events experience is a plus
