A diverse and inclusive environment is the key to our sustainable, long-term success.Discover our culture and approach here: <a href="http://www.falckrenewables.com/en/people">https://renantis.com/living-the-company/</a>Would you like to be one of our new enablers?<h2>Job Description Summary:</h2>We’re looking for a Technical Asset Management Specialist!<h2>Job Description:</h2>Responsibilities and Duties <ul><li>Daily monitoring of the performance of a portfolio of RE plants by means of an internal monitoring tool</li><li>Periodical site visits to check the conditions of the plants under supervision following internal procedures</li><li>Report to the client, and the financing parties, the main parameters of the technical and financial performance of the plants in compliance with the contractual obligations</li><li>Monitor and supervise the contracts in place, mainly the O&amp;M ones, checking all the obligations are met and the guaranteed metrics have been achieved</li><li>Coordination with all the bodies involved in the operation (local regulator, grid operator, municipalities, authorities) to comply with the regulations</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic &amp; wind)</li><li>Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package, PVSYST, Autocad is a plus</li><li>Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English</li><li>Driving license and availability to travel time to time</li><li>Client management</li><li>Awareness of the electricity market</li><li>PV and Wind technology</li></ul>We are hiring in 3 different locations: Sesto San Giovanni, London and Madrid.Location:Time Type:Worker Subtype:Regular
