Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for Financial bookkeeping and reporting.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the invoicing & bookkeeping process
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Performing financial analysis, P&L forecast and budget process
  • Maintain accounting rules and work cross functionally to develop specific sub-processes
  • Support the right implementation of new tools to simplify day-by-day activities
  • Cooperate with the team to guarantee compliance and accuracy in internal process
  • Collaborate with the other Finance and Technical Departments to reach overall department goals and objectives.​

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax procedures
  • Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in use of automated accounting systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Piteco or Profis)
  • Ability to organize work independently
  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of English
