We want you for... For our Team at the Landau location, we are looking for you as a full-time (40h) and permanent Process Engineer LEOP (Lithium Extraction Optimization Plant) (m/f/d). Your mission <ul><li>You define R&amp;D topics (test objectives, tools, resources, planning, in conjunction with the teams)</li><li>You also define and build experimental setups (laboratory scale and pilot tests), develop procedures for the equipment to be operated</li><li>You perform heat, water and mass balance on the different steps of the lithium extraction process, to provide data for the engineering of the optimization and commercial plants </li><li>You propose improvement, optimization for the different steps of the lithium extraction process</li><li>You collect and analyse data and deliver a good quality reporting (reports, presentations)</li><li>Beside you play a key role in safety enforcement/improvement in the team </li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>You have a degree in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering or similar</li><li>You have ideally a first experience in hydrometallurgy, or in commissioning and/or operating pilot or demonstration plants </li><li>You are characterized by analytical thinking, a high degree of reliability and an independent way of working</li><li>Very good German and good English skills round off your profile</li></ul> We offer <ul><li>Flexible working hours as well as possibility for mobile working (possible on a daily basis by arrangement)</li><li>30 days vacation (based on a 5-day week)</li><li>Onboarding program "Vulcan Starter Days", including a visit to the power plant and our pilot plant for the lithium extraction</li><li>Sports and leisure activities - EGYM Wellpass with 15,00 € incl.
