The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in Safety, Health and environmental standards and compliance, have experience in instilling a safety-first culture, and have leadership skills for both short and long-term performance. They should have analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and be able to inspire stakeholders and team members. Comfortable in managing multiple resources, they should take initiative and deliver value to the customer.
