Analyse results to establish conformance against agreed requirements and generate reports to be shared with engineering and product line teams.</li><li>Support validation projects at Manufacturing, operations sites/depots and other facilities including vendor locations. Establish a reputation for expert technical advice.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Experience in a product validation, development, test or design role is advantageous.</li><li>You will be a degree qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer who has recently completed a Graduate apprenticeship or have similar experience</li><li>Understanding of engineering and test processes and an appreciation of commercial constraints.</li><li>Availability to travel, within Europe or in intercontinental trips.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills - communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders (internal and external)</li><li>Systems thinker who can create methods of testing which simulate ‘real world’ operating conditions and challenge current methods based on emerging technology.</li><li>Breadth of vision to balance the needs of reliability, maintainability and efficient performance within the commercial and packaging constraints.  Ability to understand the needs of the end user.</li><li>Good diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Bring your energy.
