<div><b>Job Title: </b><span style="font-size:small;">Senior Program Manager – India Payroll Vendor Change.</span></div><div><b>Location: </b><span style="font-size:small;">Hyderabad or Bangalore, India – Hybrid – 3 days in office</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size:small;">Job Description:</b></div><div><br></div><div>The position will report to the Director of the Global Payroll Projects Team, focusing on India Payroll Migration from Ascent and Ceridian Vendors to ADP Global view (Payroll) &amp; Aparajita (Compliances).</div><div><br></div><div><b>You Are Great At: </b></div><div>- Managing the implementation of payroll projects &amp; programs in India. Ensuring the participation of all key stakeholders from the payroll Vendor to the Opentext Employees that will be the final users of the payroll systems at go live.</div><div>- Work with regional Payroll, HRBP, Accounting, HR Technology, Opentext Technology, ADP Project teams and others to ensure all plans are aligned.</div><div>- Develop, manage, and report on payroll project plans, payroll project status, to meet Time, Cost and Scope.</div><div>- Manage the process of obtaining agreements on roles, responsibilities, deadlines, outcomes, timelines, and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders or suppliers understand the requirements and expected outcome.</div><div>- Manage /develop any required documentation/SOP to support roll out, provide training as required.</div><div>- Manage the communication to ensure legislative and compliance requirements are met on an entity basis.</div><div>- Management of Payroll data integrity throughout the project lifecycle and ensure appropriate testing plans are developed and implemented.</div><div>- Manage all the change management required to ensure all deliverables are communicated to all stakeholders using Opentext standard change management methodologies.
