We enable the clean energy workforce to be more productive and effective - starting with software tools for HVAC pros. By supporting contractors to design, sell, and install high-efficiency HVAC systems, Conduit will help mitigate grid strain, reduce home energy use and enhance home comfort - all while helping contractors win. We’re working with over 350 companies across the country and are growing rapidly. This is a contract-to-hire role based US-remote.

Role Description

As our Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in a fast-paced startup transforming the HVAC Industry. You are obsessed with our customer - you want to help our Pros stand out with quality work - selling more high quality installs every time. You love to drive brand awareness. You work in a self-directed manner, and crave a massive impact. You will be working in a central role to facilitate customer relationships, and drive our growth quickly with midmarket and B2B enterprise sales.

Customer Acquisition Leadership:

Lead and optimize customer acquisition strategies across online and offline channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, email, content marketing, events, and partnerships, in collaboration with Conduit’s Co-Founders. 

Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Focus on lead generation and nurturing strategies to boost the sales pipeline and achieve measurable results.

Marketing Processes and Systems:

Establish and enhance marketing processes, workflows, and systems. Implement marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools to ensure efficient and scalable marketing operations.

Organic Social Media Engagement Plan:

Craft and execute a social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement, brand awareness, and inbound leads. This includes developing regular posting schedules, engagement tactics, and campaigns designed to foster interaction with the target audience.

Performance Metrics and Analytics: Set up a comprehensive system for tracking and reporting key marketing metrics such as lead conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement rates, and the ROI of marketing campaigns. Utilize these insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Collateral and Resources Development: Create and maintain a suite of sales support tools, including sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs, to streamline the sales process and enhance the effectiveness of pitches.

 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles, particularly within technology SaaS startups.

- Experience generating leads with a B2B or small business audience

- Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.

- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset.

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.

- A creative and analytical approach to developing and implementing marketing strategies.
