The successful candidate will report into the Head of Legal responsible for these markets and be based in our regional headquarters in Riyadh.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial agreements and provide practical, timely counsel, including drafting and negotiating, in support of the Sales and Marketing teams.</li><li>Support and collaborate with the Consumer Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams (in North America, EU, or Middle East) to negotiate and draft partnership agreements and drafting terms and conditions of campaigns.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and key legislative changes.</li></ul><ul><li>Proactively identify and support process improvements within the legal team to help optimize and drive excellent and efficient legal support.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide legal support to work streams and processes relating to the rollout and maintenance of corporate policies, trainings, and compliance programs.</li><li>Engage and manage outside counsel as necessary.</li><li>Other legal work as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Juris Doctor and membership in good standing in at least one state bar.</li><li>Five (5) or more years of legal experience, minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in commercial legal roles either in a law firm or multinational corporation.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex legal analysis and requirements to all layers in the business.</li><li>Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to evaluate and provide practical solutions to novel legal issues.</li></ul><div><div><p>By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our <a href="https://www.lucidmotors.com/s3fs-public/pdf/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
