Responsibilities / TasksThe SAP Sales and Services Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions, providing support and training to end-users, and ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.<ul><li>Various day-to-day support to existing Internal SAP customers in terms of incident- and change request handling</li><li>Participate in SAP ERP projects throughout the full project life cycle</li><li>Assist in analyze phases of upcoming projects</li><li>Implement and configure SAP SD modules, including pricing, order management, and delivery processes.</li><li>Analyze business processes and recommend SAP SD solutions for process improvement and upcoming projects.</li><li>Work with sales and distribution teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment</li><li>Provide support and training to end-users on SAP SD processes and functionalities.</li><li>Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to SAP SD.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes</li><li>Result driven – focused on targets and project plans</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications:<ul><li>Relevant degree (Bachelor/ Master’s degree or BA plus qualifying working experience) or practical experience from Sales &amp; Service</li><li>Strong professional experience in SAP SD/LE/CS and SAP Service consultancy or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Advanced experience in process design as well as in project management within sales and after-sales area</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, also in an intercultural environment</li><li>Ability to conduct workshops and training (Train-the-Trainer approach)</li><li>Knowledge of project driven engineering business would be an advance</li><li>Strong communicative skills - in English</li></ul>ERP specific experience/IT skills required<ul><li>Experience with SAP systems designing &amp; visualization based on business processes</li><li>Experience in customizing and setup within SAP SD/LE/CS Module as well as SAP Service</li><li>Design, optimization and further development of sales and after-sales business processes within the existing IT landscape</li><li>Requirement as well as process analysis together with the business within the existing SAP landscape</li><li>Experience with full-life cycle ERP implementation</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
