Service Advisor

You will be working with the After Sales team in Bengaluru.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet Customers and Receive vehicles from customers for repairs and servicing.

Determine and diagnose vehicle issues based on customer description and vehicle condition

Advice customer about necessary service for routine maintenance.

Translate customer-reported issues to actionable work orders for technicians to complete

Preparing a repair order showing time, cost and labour estimates for service

Obtain the customer's written approval on all repair orders at the time of estimation.

Supervising the work for timely completion of repair orders.

Final inspection of vehicle before delivery to customer

Customer satisfaction by resolving the complaint first time right.

Warranty claims and invoicing as per estimation and final work

Ensure that the work provided to customers meet company’s quality standards

About the candidate

Diploma in Automobile Engineering / ITI with min. 2/3 years of experience as Service Advisor for EV Vehicles preferably from 3 wheeler industry

Overall 4/5 years of experience in the Automobile dealerships
