Responsibilities:

• Optimization of production process steps and alignment of interfaces within the supply chain
• Introduction of new machines and technical processes in the production together with HSE
• Upscaling of products from R&D
• Staff position to Head of Production
• Interface to warehouse, sales, HSE and R&D
• Supporting the planning of a new production building in a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Master in Chemical engineering or comparable field of engineering
• Work experience in operations/production of a chemical industry
• Ideally skilled in Lean and Kaizan standards
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Team player with hands on mentality
• Leading in a matrix function
