Job Description

As a brand designer, you will work closely with marketing, product design, and other key stakeholders to tell our brand story with beautiful design. We are looking for someone who is excited about leveraging thoughtful design to delight and educate, cares deeply about affecting global change, and gets excited about tackling new challenges.

What will you be doing?

  • Extend and evolve the Afresh brand across a range of touch points including web, social, sales presentations and briefs, print collateral, and employee and customer engagement artifacts (eg Afresh swag)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Design, and other partners to bring the brand to life
  • Clearly articulate strategic thinking and design decisions to a variety of collaborators and stakeholders
  • Manage ambiguity and multiple deadlines effectively to drive the direction of your design work

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 4+ years of professional experience in branding or communication design
  • A portfolio that demonstrates experience ideating and implementing successful designs across social, web, and print touch points
  • Experience evolving and defining brand design systems
  • Ability to propose or use motion and animation within digital experiences
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Basic Markup
  • Great organization, presentation, and communication skills
